3GT is thrilled to announce that San Francisco playwright Diana DiCostanzo is the winner of our first 10-minute play competition.  We had many wonderful submissions, but Diana’s delightful holiday play, “Oops, I Slept with Santa” was the perfect “square” for our December Showcase, 3Girls Squared:  9 Short Plays to put the FUN in DysFUNction over the Holdays!   Oops  will be performed, along with eight 10-minute plays by our 3GT playwrights, from December 6-16 at The Phoenix Theatre in downtown San Francisco.

Diana is a our kind of theatre Girl:   she works as an actor, improvisor, singer/songwriter, playwright, director, and musical theatre creator.  Originally from Long Island, NY, she is a 2010 graduate of the theatre program at Boston’s Emerson College.  Since moving to San Francisco, she’s collaborated on two plays with Un-Scripted Theatre Company.  In her spare time Diana writes plays, works on her ever-elusive first album, and thinks about what breed of dog she’ll be getting first.
